Compensation:

Compensation: $42 - $75K+ in first year

>$125K from second year in Base, Commission & Bonus
Type: Salary + Commission+ Bonus
Auto Package: Car Allowance

Job Description, Qualification, Territory:

The Professional Sales Representative(PSR) at PreEmptive Meds, Inc. is directly responsible for the promotion and sales of the company’s products within his or her assigned geographic territory. PSRs are evaluated primarily on sales performance and rewarded accordingly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience selling to primary care doctors. Are you that someone that can leverage your experience and relationships with physicians to successfully promote a group of pharma-nutraceutical products in key disease states? PMI is aggressively seeking experienced primary care sales reps with verifiable track records. The company has a full portfolio of unique primary care products.

The representative will manage their territories like small business units, establishing core group accounts and expanding territory production by generating new leads to achieve sales goals. Comprehensive training is provided with competitive base salary and no limit on direct sales commissions. Company car allowance and expense budget provided. You also get ground floor stock options and will work in an entrepreneurial environment. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve stated sales goals via approved promotion
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff and other healthcare decision makers.
  • Grow your customer base, maintain consistent activity and provide strong customer service.
  • Initiate appropriate speaker programs, promotional dinner programs; arrange venue, meals, audiovisual, and other requirements as necessary
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and adhere to all company requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Eight to Ten years’ previous pharmaceutical or health care work experience
  • Knowledge of primary care physicians/dynamics
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting to meet established objectives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who can demonstrate business and personal success
